A Vision Born from Purpose

Founded on 1 April 2019, Bangladesh Rehabilitation and Development Organization (BRDO) was established with a vision to address the root causes of poverty, inequality, and vulnerability through sustainable, community-driven development. What began as a commitment to serve disadvantaged communities has grown into a dedicated organization working to create lasting social and economic impact across Bangladesh.

Our approach extends beyond short-term assistance. We focus on strengthening local capacities, promoting resilience, and creating opportunities that enable individuals and communities to become self-reliant and thrive. Through initiatives in education, health, livelihoods, climate resilience, disaster response, WASH, digital inclusion, and social development, BRDO continues to contribute to building stronger and more resilient communities.

Since its inception, BRDO has remained committed to the principles of transparency, accountability, inclusiveness, and good governance. We believe that sustainable development can only be achieved when communities are actively involved in shaping their own future.
